A random drawing for a $100 Shadowline
Shopping Spree will be held on the last day of each quarter. One winner
will be notified by e-mail and a $100 online credit (valid for 30
days) will be setup for the winner to use towards merchandise purchased
on the Shadowline online store at http://www.shadowline-lingerie.com.
Only one entry per e-mail address is permitted. This offer does not
apply to previous orders, returns, refunds or transfers to another
account.
You may be asked to consent to receiving promotional e-mails and reminders
for upcoming Shadowline promotions. Please be advised that consent
to receipt of such e-mails or other correspondence is optional and
does not have to be agreed upon to be eligible to enter the drawing
and does not impact your chances of winning. If you do consent to
receive any correspondence, whether electronic or otherwise, such
correspondence shall be subject to the privacy policy of Shadowline,
which is available on the Shadowline website. In addition, all personal
information obtained through entry of this drawing, including name,
address, telephone number, and e-mail address, is subject to the privacy
policy of Shadowline and will not be shared, pursuant to that policy.
Shadowline, its respective affiliates, subsidiary and parent corporations,
officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and any and all internet
service and access providers are not liable for incorrect or inaccurate
entry information, technical malfunctions or failures or defects of
any kind related to any telephone network computer equipment, including
hardware and software, and online systems, including inability to
access the Shadowline website, or the tampering, destruction, unauthorized
access to, or alteration of entries. Shadowline is not liable for
entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or
lost due to computer malfunction or internet congestion.
If entry materials are tampered with or altered, they are void.
If a dispute arises concerning the identity of a winner based on
an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared to be the
authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the
time of entry.
Eligibility: This drawing is open only to legal residents of the
United States and its territories, possessions and commonwealths
(excluding Puerto Rico) who are eighteen years of age or older,
except employees of Shadowline and members of their households and
immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each
of their respective spouses). This drawing is governed by United
States law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and
regulations. It is void in Puerto Rico and in the United States
where prohibited by law.
